About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service, support day-to-day store operations, and help create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately
• Replenish stock and maintain store presentation
• Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
• Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues where possible
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service targets

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic cash handling and numeracy skills
• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
