Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and records both physical and digital.
Assist with onboarding and administrative support for new employees.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
Provide support for special projects and events.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus.
