The Events & Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of corporate hospitality programs and ticketing services, providing high-level support for Tabcorp corporate hospitality and events, ensuring smooth operations and creating unforgettable experiences for high value guests.
What You Will Do
- Support corporate hospitality portfolio nationally including schedule of ticketed events, and ticketing for high value customers, partners and clients across Racing and Sport portfolio.
- Support in the delivery and execution of first-class events across Racing and Sport portfolio nationally.
- Organise hospitality packages, including assisting with venue selection, catering, and other event-related services for corporate events.
- Represent Tabcorp and attend various events and functions as required (this is likely to include out of hours work including weekends)
- Build, maintain and manage positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
- Administration - Purchase Orders and Invoices, Invoice Reporting, Supplier Set Up, Team Travel Coordination, Courier Management, Weekly WIP’s with Manager, post event surveys.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in an administration, coordination or event management role.
- Experience assisting in the coordination of large scale events
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and sustain relationships
- High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client centric environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. ·
- Willingness to work outside of standard office hours on occasion, including weekends and evenings to attend and assist with events.
- Ability to think on your feet and trouble shoot in high pressure environments
- Creative mindset to assist in the development of unique strategies that align with Tabcorp’s objectives and enhance guest experience.
- Solid computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is desirable.
- Understanding of the needs associated with working in an industry with significant regulatory constraints desirable. · This role requires the candidate to be available to work in the office 3 days a week with flexibility during event weeks
