Step into the action 

We’re hiring a Senior Compliance Advisor to strengthen Tabcorp’s compliance framework. This is a hands-on role focused on turning complex regulatory requirements into practical, day-to-day processes. You will work with Legal, Technology, Risk, and business teams to design controls, monitor compliance, and support a strong compliance culture. Beyond policies, you will help teams understand obligations, check adherence, and report outcomes to senior leaders. 

Where you'll focus 

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Privacy and Compliance, you will drive practical compliance uplift across Tabcorp and influence how we meet our obligations every day. 

• Lead design and upkeep of compliance frameworks and control libraries. 

• Translate legislation and licence obligations into simple, testable business controls. 

• Partner with legal, technology, risk, and teams to embed daily compliance. 

• Maintain Tabcorp Risk and Compliance System obligations and control registers. 

• Create and deliver training that builds awareness and accountability. 

• Prepare clear compliance reports for senior leaders and Board forums. 

What you'll bring 

You are a hands-on compliance professional who blends curiosity with pragmatism. You simplify complexity, build trust, and guide teams to do the right thing. 

• Experienced in building and maturing compliance programs in regulated environments. 

• Proven ability to interpret regulation and turn it into practical processes. 

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence with senior leaders. 

• Ability to design monitoring, attestations, and meaningful reporting. 

• Experienced in using compliance systems to manage obligations and controls. 

• Strong organisational skills with a structured approach to priorities.
