Step into the action

Keep the Chief Security Office moving where it matters most: delivery. With senior teams focused on strategy and technical uplift, this role closes the operational gap—accelerating audit remediation, strengthening vendor management, and lifting program visibility, so momentum never stalls. Based in Sydney ideally, Melbourne is also a consideration.

How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the Program Director, Chief Security Office, you will coordinate daytoday operations, procurement administration, and governance reporting while driving small to medium security initiatives. This is a deliveryfocused, peoplecentered role that keeps work organised, compliant, and on track.

  • Lead day-to-day coordination that keeps security operations running smoothly, every day.

  • Drive procurement administration across vendors, purchase orders, and contracts, accurately and on time.

  • Coordinate small to medium initiatives and audit remediation with clear outcomes.

  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies in Jira; prepare leadership-ready reports regularly.

  • Connect internal teams and suppliers to unblock delivery and maintain momentum.

  • Improve ways of working to lift visibility, compliance, and delivery discipline.

Your game changing qualities

You bring proven capability in operational coordination and governance, with the confidence to partner with senior leaders and suppliers to get things done. Your experience spans security, risk, or technology environments, and you are at your best when delivery needs calm, organised control.

  • Experienced in operational expenditure management within complex, commercial environments; including financial and OPEX management

  • Proven ability to coordinate initiatives through the project management office or transformation.

  • Strong stakeholder skills with senior leaders, internal teams, and external suppliers.

  • Experienced in Jira tracking, reporting governance, and simple dashboards for clarity.

  • Proven capability in procurement processes, vendor engagement, purchase orders, and contracts.

  • Ability to translate progress, risks, and issues into clear, concise updates.
