How You’ll Be Part of the Action 

Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you’ll work side by side with operational leaders to bring safety and wellbeing to life. You’ll influence decisions, build capability, and help teams feel confident and empowered. Your work will make a visible difference—safer workplaces, stronger culture, and a proactive approach to wellbeing. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Collaborate with leaders to embed health, safety and wellbeing into everyday business practices 

  • Help teams identify and manage risks—physical and psychosocial—so everyone feels safe and supported 

  • Coach and guide leaders to build confidence and capability in creating a positive safety culture 

  • Support investigations and continuous improvement initiatives that make work better for everyone 

  • Share insights and advice that turn compliance into practical, people-focused solutions

  • Proven experience in health, safety and wellbeing within dynamic, complex environments 

  • Trusted advisor with the ability to influence and guide senior leaders 

  • Relationship builder with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills 

  • Practical problem-solver who can turn legislation into actionable solutions 

  • Capability champion skilled in designing and delivering programs that inspire and engage 

  • Data-driven thinker who uses insights to drive proactive decisions and continuous improvement
