This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time role where your climate-focused reporting helps build trust at Tabcorp, informs how sustainability-related risks are managed, and shapes decisions that define our future.

Sitting at the heart of our Sustainability function, this role gives you the opportunity to lead climate-related disclosures and strengthen the foundations that underpin data confidence, governance, and external reporting. You’ll work closely with Sustainability, Finance, Risk, Legal, and operational teams to turn complex climate information into clear, trusted insights that support senior leaders, the Board, and external stakeholders.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will lead the delivery of climate-related disclosures and help design the systems, processes, and governance that underpin credible sustainability reporting at Tabcorp over this 12-month contract. You will:

• Lead delivery of climate disclosures aligned to Australia’s sustainability reporting regime and AASB S2
• Establish processes, documentation, and controls that improve data quality and assurance readiness
• Drive collaboration across Finance, Risk, Legal, and operational teams to embed climate risk and opportunity considerations
• Coordinate annual climate scenario analysis and financial modelling with Finance and Risk
• Support external assurance processes through clear documentation and evidence packs
• Project manage the implementation of new sustainability reporting systems and embed them into business-as-usual
• Develop internal sustainability dashboards to improve transparency, insight, and decision-making

What you’ll need to succeed

You bring a strong sustainability mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the confidence to work with complex climate data and senior stakeholders. You’re comfortable operating at the intersection of regulation, data, and narrative — and you know how to turn technical inputs into clear, credible disclosures.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience delivering sustainability or climate-related reporting in a mid- to senior-level role
• Strong capability interpreting climate risks, opportunities, and scenario analysis
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience improving systems, processes, or reporting frameworks for efficiency and reliability
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into engaging, decision-ready insights
• Strong project management skills and the confidence to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Experience with carbon accounting (GHG Protocol), climate scenario analysis, or decarbonisation pathways
