Your role

As part of our Technical Services Team in Adelaide, you will play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services. Day to day this means you will:

  • Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
  • Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone eager to learn, motivated to grow, and ready to make a difference. With our training program, you’ll gain the technical expertise you need - you don’t need previous experience with wagering and gaming equipment to excel in this in this role. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need. What matters most is your motivation to learn and a few key qualities:

  • A genuine interest in electronics, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Some prior experience servicing electronic equipment through work or hobbies
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication
  • Strong integrity, respect, and a proactive can-do attitude
  • Ability to adapt to varied schedules including weekends and evenings
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications, and a full driver’s license
