As part of Tabcorp’s Wagering Operations team, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping shape how racing information reaches customers and stakeholders in real time.

How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the Raceday Shift Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Tabcorp’s live racing coverage. With over 150,000 races annually, your leadership will drive accuracy, compliance, and communication across your POD team.

• Lead POD team operations to ensure compliance and integrity across all race meetings
• Manage casual staff within your POD, including meeting allocation and system updates
• Drive accuracy of race closures, results, pays, and meeting information dissemination
• Create seamless communication with race stewards, Sky producers, and stakeholders
• Optimise staff performance by managing rosters, breaks, and behaviours under pressure
• Troubleshoot technical issues across host systems, pooling partners, and race control systems
• Escalate incidents swiftly to Shift Leaders, ensuring risks are managed in real time

What you'll need to succeed

You’re a confident operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, with the ability to work under pressure and inspire your team to deliver excellence. You bring a sharp eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to make every race count.

• Experienced in leading teams and driving performance in operational settings
• Proven ability to manage incidents and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong understanding of wagering systems and industry operations
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain focus in dynamic environments
• Demonstrated capability in accurate data entry and information verification
• Skilled at fostering customer focus and supporting others to grow and succeed
