How you'll be part of the action

In this role you will produce racing and sports content across multiple programs, reporting to the Executive Producer and working closely with directors, on air talent and technical teams.

What you'll do:

• Lead domestic live racing broadcasts with confidence and professionalism
• Drive production quality across racing and sports content daily
• Create smooth control room operations and support technical improvements
• Optimise workflows across live, pre and post production tasks

What you'll need to succeed

You bring strong production expertise, calm decision making in live environments and an energetic, self starter approach.

• Experienced in live television within sport or news environments
• Proven ability to lead a control room and make decisive calls
• Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to stay composed and solutions focused under pressure
• Strong self-driven approach with a get up and go attitude
• Interest in racing is a bonus
