As a brand ambassador and customer growth leader, you’ll sit at the heart of our wagering business, shaping experiences, leading people, and building momentum that makes a real impact.
How you'll be part of the action
Reporting to a Senior Leader within the wagering business, this role blends leadership, strategy, and frontline engagement. You’ll represent Tabcorp with confidence, lead a team of customer growth professionals, and help shape how we show up at events, venues, and customer moments that matter.
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver standout customer experiences
- Act as a visible brand ambassador across events, venues, and industry activations
- Develop and evolve customer engagement strategies aligned to business priorities
- Deliver outbound call campaigns to support customer engagement strategy and support new product launches and business initiatives
- Drive performance through clear goals, coaching, and everyday leadership
- Build strong relationships with sponsorship partners, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Champion responsible wagering and brand standards in every interaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative obligations nationally and in each state.
What you'll need to succeed
You’re a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in fast-moving environments. You bring credibility, energy, and a natural ability to connect, while balancing commercial outcomes with integrity and care for customers and teams.
- Significant experience leading in-field or frontline teams in a customer-focused environment
- Proven ability to represent a brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Strong commercial thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action
- Experience developing and motivating teams to achieve shared goals
- Background in wagering or a closely related industry preferred
- Ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders and communities
- A strong understanding of the importance of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to work a 7-day team roster following the racing and sporting action.
