Your role, your impact 

Reporting to the General Manager Commercial Wagering, the Operations Manager - Wagering Partnerships is responsible for leading the development, delivery and ongoing management of Tabcorp’s international and domestic B2B tote wagering products and partnerships, and for identifying and actioning new growth opportunities for the wagering business. At the core of this role is the ability to translate strategic priorities into commercial and operational reality. 

The role ensures the successful execution of commingling agreements and international and domestic partnerships, supports Tabcorp’s strategies across B2B services, tote transformation and domestic racing and sports partners, and drives revenue growth, operational efficiency and competitive positioning across global wagering markets. 

Specifically, you will; 

• Manage domestic and international wagering partner relationships 

• Drive partner growth and commercial performance opportunities 

• Coordinate partner onboarding and product integration activities 

• Support commercial negotiations with data-backed insights 

• Collaborate across teams to deliver partnership outcomes 

• Identify opportunities to expand wagering products and services 

What you'll need to succeed 

You will have a clear understanding of the wagering industry, strong tote product and market knowledge, project management and commercial negotiation skills, experience dealing with racing and sporting bodies and international partners, and a proven track record in business development and operational delivery. 

You will bring strong commercial acumen, curiosity, and the ability to build trusted relationships. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. 

• Experienced in partnership, account or commercial management 

• Strong capability building relationships across diverse stakeholders 

• Commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills 

• Ability to influence across complex business environments 

• Understanding of wagering, racing or sports industries 

• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities
