Your role, your impact

Based in our Darwin office and reporting to the Melbourne based Retail Operations Compliance Manager, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support across the retail and oncourse network. You will help keep projects, communications, and operational activities organised, accurate, and running efficiently.

As part of the role, you will;

  • Coordinate new venue applications, approvals and opening processes
  • Manage communications across venues, agents and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, minutes and documentation
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and meeting logistics when required
  • Support retail and oncourse leaders
  • Identify process improvements that streamline team operations

What you'll need to succeed

You are a highly organised, self-sufficient coordinator who enjoys supporting people, managing multiple priorities, and keeping things on track. You bring strong attention to detail, confident communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Ideally you will have;

  • Experienced in administration, coordination or business support roles
  • Strong capability in prioritising competing tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Highly reliable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously
