Your role, your impact 

Reporting to the Customer Profiling Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying betting trends, assessing customer behaviour and providing insight that supports commercial decision-making. Your work will help balance revenue, yield and risk outcomes while partnering with teams across the business. 

• Analyse customer and outlet betting behaviour patterns 

• Monitor real-time alerts and investigate unusual activity 

• Partner with trading teams on customer management strategies 

• Provide insights that support revenue and yield performance 

• Maintain accurate profiling records across key systems 

• Collaborate with analytics teams to enhance profiling capabilities
