What you’ll be doing:
The Third Party Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the third-party Ancillary Product Roadmap across various VA channels. The primary goal of this role, in collaboration with key stakeholders such as VFF and key suppliers/partners, is to achieve ancillary revenue per passenger targets. This will be accomplished by driving significant incremental growth in key areas, including hotels, car hire, and holiday packages, as well as optimizing business-as-usual products like insurance.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years experience in a product management role in a service industry, travel or financial services field
- Can show demonstrated results in highly commercial environments including revenue and/or P&L accountability along with experience in building and measuring v business cases
- Have 2+ years experience in leading and developing Product Management Teams (digital or product)
- Come with 2+ years experience in Supplier and Contract Management
- Have a natural ability to collaborate and effectively influence stakeholders in complex organisations
- Enjoy a “data-first” approach to problem solving and prioritisation
- Are confident with and enjoy analysing data (BI, adobe analytics, excel), converting to insights and actions
- Can communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly including data-driven recommendations. Strong presentation skills
- Have knowledge of the global Airline industry ancillary third party product market e.g. hotels, car hire, packages
- Understand e-commerce and digital product management processes and practices
- Are Degree qualification in Business or related discipline
- Have experience in working with a white label websites (desirable)
- Understand agile tools and Project management software e.g. JIRA (desirable)
- Have knowledge of GDS’s and NDC (desirable)
