What you’ll be doing: 

As Cabin Programs Advisor you will play a key role in shaping the experience and safety of our cabin crew operations. As part of the Inflight Experience team, you’ll work closely with Cabin Standards and Inflight Safety & Compliance to deliver safe, efficient, and procedurally aligned policies. Through effective risk and change management, you'll help implement robust processes that support our cabin crew in delivering an exceptional inflight experience. 

In addition, you will be responsible for: 

• Collaborate with the Cabin Standards team to design, develop and implement cabin crew policies, procedures, and standards, including updates to the Cabin Crew Manual and Controlled Communications.
• Liaise with stakeholders to support the development of new products, services, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal teams, compliance standards, and procedural clarity.
• Contribute to the Virgin Australia Group Safety Framework through involvement in risk assessments and delegated compliance initiatives.
• Support the Inflight Safety & Compliance Manager with the administration and data analysis of the Cabin Operations Safety Audit Program (COSAP).
• Support the preparation and presentation of Management Safety Risk Review Committee (MSRRC) data and follow up on allocated actions.
• Assist in analysing safety trends, audit data, and crew feedback to refine processes and SOPs.
• Support compliance with Virgin Australia’s Change Management Frameworks, including the development of change plans, milestone tracking, and effective communication strategies. 

Who we’re looking for: 

• Solid understanding of enterprise agreements and resource management principles. 
• Current cabin crew qualifications or prior experience operating as cabin crew on the B737 (desirable for maintaining B737 cabin qualifications).

• Experience in business analysis and operational reporting. 

• Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders across all levels 

• Adaptability in a dynamic and challenging environment. 

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadlines-focused environment. 

• Background in Cabin Crew operations (highly regarded.) 

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and creation of Nintex forms (highly regarded.)
