What you’ll be doing:

We're looking for an Operations Delivery Specialist – Cabin Crew to help drive efficiency and performance across our Cabin Crew operations. • Assist in implementing outcomes from the Inflight Experience Enterprise Agreement across systems and processes.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute recommendations for their implementation.

  • Track project progress and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.

  • Review MyCrewCare reports to identify trends and escalate hotel and transport (HOTAC) issues.

  • Analyse Preferential Bidding System (PBS) data to identify trends and support improvements.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and resources across PBS, leave systems, and trip swap processes.

  • Review and track feedback on rostering issues and support planning updates.

  • Analyse potential impacts of proposed changes to work rules or rostering practices.

  • Support Cabin Crew payroll processes.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Solid understanding of enterprise agreements and resource management principles.

  • Experience in business analysis and operational reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders across all levels

  • Adaptability in a dynamic and challenging environment.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadlines-focused environment.

  • Background in Cabin Crew operations (highly regarded.)

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and creation of Nintex forms (highly regarded.)

We’re committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry – including (but not limited to):

  • Discounted flights for you and your loved ones (including $1000 worth of travel credits per year)

  • A flexible, hybrid work style. Work from home or the office, adapt your location to suit your style and needs.

  • One of Brisbane’s most admired head office locations, with South Bank train station, a supermarket, pharmacy, and lunch options downstairs plus a 5-minute walk to the Busway, a rooftop restaurant and onsite gym (with a low membership fee) and South Bank Parklands just across the road

  • Discounts on travel insurance, lounge membership, car hire, accommodation, and experiences worldwide

  • Cheaper hospitality, retail, technology, beauty and wellness services

  • Free counselling and access to a wellbeing app to support your physical, mental, social and financial health.

  • ‘Dress for Your Day’ – enjoy the freedom to wear whatever makes you feel great for the type of work you do and the day you have ahead of you.
