What you’ll be doing:
This exciting opportunity focuses on promoting our Virgin Australia Business Flyer program to Velocity Frequent Flyer members where you will;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business including Marketing team, Revenue Management, Velocity Frequent Flyer, SME and Digital teams to develop personalised and targeted campaigns delivering on acquisition targets.
- Co-ordinate campaign from concept through to design/copywriting, build and dispatch in a timely manner from ideation to post campaign analysis.
- Optimise and test automated and manual campaigns based on insights and recommendations.
- Communicate campaign progress, results and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign activity, testing and targeting initiatives, and insights.
- Ensure all campaigns are in accordance with brand style guidelines and spam compliance.
- Conduct campaign reporting and evaluate campaign to continually improve campaign effectiveness. Present recommendations to key stakeholders.
This is an 18 month maximum term opportunity
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have 2+ years experience within a commercial environment
- Have experience with campaign management and cross-channel marketing tools
- Enjoy campaign reporting, analysis and have A/B and multi-variate testing techniques
- Come from a digital Marketing/Ecommerce/Travel background
- Can prioritise tasks based on commercial needs with proven time and work queue management skills
- Have worked previously with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Express and Adobe Campaign (desirable)
