What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key role in keeping our people safe and confident in the air, designing, delivering and maintaining engaging training and certification for our Cabin Crew, with Safety at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have experience developing, delivering and assessing training
- Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or a relevant tertiary qualification
- Bring strong leadership, facilitation and presentation skills
- Communicate confidently and build positive relationships with others
- Stay organised, manage priorities well and thrive in a team environment
- Handle conflict with professionalism and care
- Enjoy motivating others, giving constructive feedback and helping people grow
- Have strong technology skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office
- Bring expert knowledge of CASA regulations and requirements (desirable)
- Have solid knowledge of the relevant aircraft type (desirable)
- Are a current Cabin Crew member with at least 9 months’ experience (desirable)
- Have CASA Instructor approval and prior ad hoc Instructor experience (desirable)
