Social Media Content Producer

What you’ll be doing:

As our Social Media Content Producer, you’ll bring bold ideas to life by crafting social‑first content that makes people stop scrolling. Your days will be spent filming and transforming raw footage into polished, on trend, eye‑catching videos, designing graphics that pop and tailoring every asset so it feels native to the platform it lands on. You’ll take full ownership of the production process, from piecing together engaging edits to building reusable templates and keeping every version organised and on brand.

Collaboration will be a big part of your role working closely with our Social Media team and agency partners to shape content that’s visually compelling, strategically aligned and optimised for performance. You’ll also join forces with our Brand and Creative Studio teams to deliver integrated campaigns that feel cohesive, consistent and creatively energising.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Bring either a relevant tertiary qualification (Media Production, Graphic Design, Communications, Creative Arts or similar) or strong hands‑on experience creating content
  • Have 2–4 years of experience in video editing, content production or social‑first design
  • Understand how different social platforms work — from TikTok and Instagram to Facebook, LinkedIn and X and know how to tailor content to each
  • Love creating engaging short form content, whether that’s video edits, scripts, captions or platform specific adaptations, and feel confident filming and editing both on your phone and using professional equipment.
  • Feel confident managing and organising creative assets, including templates, version control and file systems
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you’re juggling multiple tasks and collaborating closely with others
  • Bring strong technical skills in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro  and CapCut
  • Have a good eye for design and can work across tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Lightroom
  • Pay great attention to detail and take pride in delivering polished, consistent and accurate content
  • Stay on top of social trends, formats and audience behaviours, and use those insights to guide your creative decisions
  • Enjoy working collaboratively across creative, marketing and external partners to bring ideas to life
  • Comfortable filming in dynamic environments such as airports, onboard settings and events, while working safely and respectfully around guests and crew
  • Ability to deliver fast, frequent, high-quality content suited to real-time moments

Bonus if you also:

  • Have experience with motion graphics, animation or adapting influencer/creator content and UGC
  • Understand digital accessibility principles or are familiar with performance metrics and reporting
  • Proactive with ideas, willing to experiment with formats and confident testing creative to drive performance
