About the role
We are looking for a strategic Head of Digital Channels to drive customer engagement and commercial growth across our digital marketing, sales, and service channels. You will head up a high-performing, cross-functional team, shape the digital roadmap and strategy, and boost the effectiveness and adoption of digital channels. With a key focus on performance and optimisation, you will play a key role in transforming how our customers interact with us online.

What you’ll do
- Shape and lead the digital strategy to drive customer engagement, commercial growth, and digital maturity.
- Develop and execute a digital roadmap aligned with business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Provide senior product leadership across cross-functional teams with clear direction and alignment.
- Champion data driven decision-making using KPIs, analytics, and insights to optimise performance.
- Lead and grow a high-performing team across Product, UX, and Analytics with a focus on continuous improvement.
Your experience
- Previous experience in a similar senior digital channel role with a strong focus on product within an agile environment
- Demonstrated success in developing and owning digital strategies and roadmaps
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver outcomes with senior stakeholder visibility.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
