About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and take a proactive approach to sourcing high-quality talent to meet them. You will provide expertise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
Additionally, you will lead Talent Acquisition projects with a focus on sourcing, market mapping, and workforce planning — driving quality hires and future readiness. This includes mapping critical and hard-to-fill roles, building team capability in talent pooling and supporting strategic workforce planning skills for the future initiatives.

What you’ll do
- Oversee key recruitment activities, including candidate screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage qualified candidates.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
- Partner with key stakeholders to address hiring challenges and future workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate records and optimise the use of our ATS (PageUp).
Your experience
- Previous inhouse talent acquisition experience in a similar business partnering position
- Demonstrated experience in market mapping for critical and hard-to-fill roles, and building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter
- A track record of developing creative recruitment strategies to attract hard-to-find talent
- Experience in the Energy, resourcing or construction industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident working both autonomously and as part of a supportive team.
