Internal applications are now open for a Capability Builder to join the Learning & Development function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll lead learning and development initiatives across individuals and teams within the Retail Markets business pillar, partnering with stakeholders at all levels to identify training needs early, assess them effectively, and deliver tailored solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.

You’ll design and deliver engaging training packages, while also collaborating with specialists, leaders, and high-potential talent to grow and mature our trainer-coach networks—helping to embed a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
