Join our Risk team as Lead, Enterprise Compliance and act as the operational deputy to the Senior Manager. You’ll drive the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide compliance frameworks, systems, and processes, champion a strong compliance culture, and partner with stakeholders to embed practical, risk-based compliance practices.

What you’ll do
- Administering, designing, implementing and continuously improving compliance frameworks and systems
- Leading delivery of enterprise compliance projects and initiatives
- Serving as a visible advocate and trusted partner across the enterprise, fostering a strong compliance culture
- Managing compliance obligations cataloguing and associated controls mapping
- Ensuring accurate, timely insights for senior leaders and the Board through reporting frameworks
- Championing the adoption of compliance tools and processes
What you’ll bring
- Strategic and intellectual agility to conceptualise complex issues and deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Precision and accountability, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and integrity in all deliverables
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and operationalising compliance frameworks within complex, highly regulated environments.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a practical, business-focused manner
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities, with a track record of building trust and driving adoption of compliance practices
- Experience preparing insightful reports for senior executives and governance committees
- Technologically adept with digital fluency
- 8+ years in compliance, risk, or governance roles.
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
