About the role

Reporting to the Business Sales Team Leader, the Account Manager will be responsible for retaining existing customer accounts within the Commercial and Industry division. This role is based in our Perth CBD office, initially required in office each day during training and moving to a hybrid arrangement post-probation.

What you’ll do

  • Provide exceptional customer service and retain the accounts of our existing customers
  • Manage multiple customer portfolios at once with our CRM system
  • Contribute to a high performing team through skills sharing and peer coaching
  • Sales administration including performing administrative tasks associated with sales contract renewals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Your experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar sales role exceeding KPI’s
  • Strong time management and multi-talking skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to remain resilient, positive and productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • B2B experience in converting cold and warm leads via outbound tele-sales and face to face
  • Contract and price negotiation skills ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved for the business
  • Experience working and collaborating in a team environment

Please note this role requires Australian or New Zealand Citizenship, or Australia Permanent Residency.

This role is best suited to a proactive individual who is motivated by exceeding individual KPI’s and enjoys working in a supportive team environment.
