About the role
As Manager, Workforce Planning & Optimisation, you’ll lead the design and execution of our workforce planning strategy. You’ll modernise how we forecast, schedule, and report across operations - improving responsiveness, efficiency, and alignment. This role spans both strategic design and operational enablement, with strong cross-functional partnerships and visibility across the business.

What you’ll do
- Own and evolve our workforce planning frameworks and practices
- Use historical trends and business intelligence to build smart forecasts
- Optimise how we use Genesys Cloud WFM, automating and simplifying wherever possible
- Deliver real-time insights and reporting to enable operational agility
- Influence resourcing models in partner/vendor arrangements
- Partner with ops, digital, and transformation teams to drive planning innovation
What you’ll bring
- 7–10 years’ experience in workforce or operational planning roles
- Strong grasp of WFM tools- ideally Genesys Cloud - across forecasting, scheduling & intraday
- Proven track record modernising planning through automation, digitisation or analytics uplift
- Confident stakeholder manager, with strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Advanced analytical skill - Power BI, SQL, Excel or similar tools
- Curiosity, drive, and a desire to create real change at scale
