The Opportunity
Based in North Ryde | Leading Teams Across North Ryde, Milton & Port Melbourne
Are you a strong leader who thrives in a multi-site environment? Boral is looking for a Technical Support Lead to manage our IT service desk teams across North Ryde, Milton, and Port Melbourne.
As the Technical Support Lead, you’ll oversee a team of 8 service desk professionals, ensuring smooth IT support across multiple locations.
Your day will involve:
- Leading and mentoring the team to boost engagement and performance
- Managing service desk operations, including walk-up support, calls, ticketing, and issue resolution
- Simplifying processes to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Enhancing customer engagement and ensuring fast resolution times
- Identifying staff needs, conducting pulse checks, and fostering development
- Helping roll out a new program (if onboarded before May!)

- A motivational leader with experience managing IT support teams
- Strong skills in process improvement and team engagement
- The ability to manage teams across multiple locations
