Your day will involve:
- Managing Purchases: From office supplies to consumables – you’ll keep everything running smoothly.
- Tracking & Processing: Keep track of receipts and ensure external labour is accurately processed.
- Onboarding New Talent: Get new hires up and running in no time with seamless inductions.
- Time Management: You’ll keep everyone on track by managing timesheets and closing out work orders like a pro.
- Maximo Mastery: Use Maximo to streamline workflows and make life easier for the whole team.
- Supporting the Workshop manager: Help with training plans and ensure the team stays on top of their game.
- PPE & Supplies: From ordering to supply management – you’ll keep everyone geared up and ready to go.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: You’re a pro when it comes to administration – bonus points if you’ve worked in the quarry or mining industry!
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Maximo or similar systems is a big advantage.
- Safety: First Attitude: You prioritize safety and quality above all else.
- Team Player: You’re self-driven but know when to collaborate with others to get the job done.
