Your Next Opportunity
Lead the Construction Materials Section of our Laboratory, ensuring top-tier service, compliance, and operational excellence. Manage all aspects of laboratory activities while maintaining accreditation and fostering a high-performance team culture.
Your Day Will Involve:
- Monitoring ITPs/Allocation sheets for compliance and optimizing staffing levels
- Managing customer enquiries, safety, staffing, and NATA accreditation
- Driving Boral’s Values (STAAR) within the laboratory environment
- Completing end-of-month KPI reports, including turnaround times and productivity measures
- Managing sub-contractors and ensuring asset compliance via Maximo/QEST
What Are We Looking For?
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in a related field
- Strong leadership and staff management experience
- Experience in laboratory operations and compliance
- Proven ability to drive efficiency and process improvement
- Commercial acumen to grow external revenue
