Looking to step off the loader and into the control room? We’ve got just the role for you. Join our high-performing team at Mugga Quarry in Symonston as a Plant Operator in a full-time, permanent position. This is your chance to take on a key role where no two days are the same — operating crushing plant from the control room while supporting across mobile equipment and secondary plant operations.

Your day will involve:
• Running the show from the control room — operating the crushing plant with confidence and precision
• Supporting mobile plant and secondary operations when needed (variety is part of the gig!)
• Keeping things clean, safe, and efficient with routine maintenance and plant housekeeping
• Getting involved in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participating in safety activities like pre-starts, toolbox talks, and incident reporting

What are we looking for?
• Hands-on experience with mobile plant (bonus if you’ve worked with a sales loader!)
• Quarry experience is great, but not essential — attitude and adaptability matter more
• A self-starter who puts safety and quality first
• Team player who can also work independently when required
• Someone flexible and reliable, available Monday to Saturday

What’s on offer

• A workplace that values diversity and supports equal opportunity – everyone’s welcome at Boral
