About the role:

As a key member of the senior leadership team for one of Boral’s fastest growing business units you will:

• partner with operational leaders (and Boral ‘Gold’ team leadership) to identify and drive opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
• lead budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing P&L and performance analysis - ensuring financial accuracy and performance against targets
• act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager, challenging the status quo constructively, encouraging a culture of accountability to deliver on Boral’s purpose of “Building Something Great” and values of Safety, Teamwork, Ambition, Accountability and Respect

To excel in this role, you should bring:

• a solid track record in finance leadership within an industrial, manufacturing or a resource-focused sector
• expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting - with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• capacity to balance the priorities and expectations of finance and operations to ensure aligned decision-making
• ability to sponsor the delivery of operational outcomes to drive improved financial performance
• excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
