  • 72.5/76 hour fortnight
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.

Join City of Moreton Bay as a Senior Project Manager in our Buildings & Facilities team, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.

As a Senior Project Manager in our Buildings & Facilities team you'll be providing specialist leadership in the development and delivery of prioritised multi-year renewal & new build project plans, and providing technical advice to identify and resolve facilities issues forinternal and external stakeholders. You'll also be:

  • A key advisor to internal stakeholders and the project delivery team, developing capital works submissions and works programs from scope, through procurement and tender & contract documentation
  • Track the status of all projects versus plan against key KPIs of time, budget, quality and safety
  • Leading the develop and implementation of technical specifications for both design and construction project phases.
  • Supporting the Building & Facilities Operations branch contributing to a team culture of high performance and accountability
  • Working collaboratively with all team members and maintaining positive working relationships stakeholders.

About you

We're looking for an Senior Project Manager with experience leading multidisciplinary teams, and managing technical building, maintenance projects and renewal projects and facility operations. You'll also bring:
  • High level experience planning and delivering building renewal programs
  • Strong experience building productive relationships and driving collaborative outcomes
  • Strong experience developing individual and team capabilities
  • Experience of financial practices in a legislative environment
  • High standards of governance and risk management practices
  • Strong experience developing and analysing business intelligence data
  • Degree in engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or other relevant field (required)
  • Current C class driver’s licence (required)
  • Construction Induction Card competency (required).
