The details:
- Permanent Full Time | 9 day fortnight
- $123,569 pa + 12% super (Stream A - Level 8)
- 72.5 hour fortnight
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including 1-2 work from home days a week.
- Location: Strathpine base with the requirement to travel across our region periodically.

Our own People and Capability team are on the search to fill this key role in our Leadership and Capability function!
This is a great opportunity to really make a difference in our organisation by uplifting the capability of our team members through the development and delivery of high quality leadership and capability programs.
You will provide mentoring and guidance within our team of 6 as we continue to evolve and deliver quality programs to the greater organisation, with some of our projects including:
- Development and delivery of our leadership development programs.
- Delivery of our Corporate Induction.
- Development and delivery of organisation wide capability development programs/ learning initiatives.

About you
We are seeking an experienced learning/ organisational development professional, with a track record in designing and delivering leadership and capability development programs within a large and diverse organisation like City of Moreton Bay.
You’re a natural people leader, with the ability to take people on journey with you, influencing change, optimising engagement and championing our values. Your refined and high level of emotional intelligence connects you with your stakeholders, ensuring you build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.
