Our own People and Capability team are on the search to fill this key role in our Leadership and Capability function!

This is a great opportunity to really make a difference in our organisation by uplifting the capability of our team members through the development and delivery of high quality leadership and capability programs.

You will provide mentoring and guidance within our team of 6 as we continue to evolve and deliver quality programs to the greater organisation, with some of our projects including:

• Development and delivery of our leadership development programs.
• Delivery of our Corporate Induction.
• Development and delivery of organisation wide capability development programs/ learning initiatives.

This is an opportunity to bring your best practice knowledge in learning and development, and work in a diverse organisation with over 80 different professions... all working towards making a positive difference for our growing community.

About you

We are seeking an experienced learning/ organisational development professional, with a track record in designing and delivering leadership and capability development programs within a large and diverse organisation like City of Moreton Bay.

You’re a natural people leader, with the ability to take people on journey with you, influencing change, optimising engagement and championing our values. Your refined and high level of emotional intelligence connects you with your stakeholders, ensuring you build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.
