- Support the management of UWA’s Crawley Village residential portfolio.
- Contribute to high-quality tenant services and property care.
- Full-time, ongoing appointment.
- Base salary range: $91,833 – $ 97,052 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
Campus Management is responsible for the planning, development and ongoing management of UWA’s campus environments and property portfolio. This includes strategic estate planning, capital projects, property and leasing services, facilities operations, security, landscape, transport and sustainability initiatives. The Commercial and Property section oversees the leasing and management of a diverse mix of residential and commercial assets across UWA's campuses.
About the opportunity
- Manage tenant relationships and coordinate property services across Crawley Village.
- Deliver high-quality tenancy management, inspections, and occupancy coordination.
- Manage properties in accordance with Tenancy Agreement arrangements in accordance with the University’s obligations in alignment with the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA).
About you
- Substantial knowledge and application of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in residential property and tenancy management, preferably within a large organisation.
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and handle tenant inquiries and disputes.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with experience managing occupancy and inspection processes.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, problem solve and work productively as part of a team.
Special Requirements
- Current “C” class driver’s licence.
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
