- Base salary range: $95,231 – $100,643p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
Campus Management is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and operational management of the University’s physical and property portfolio. Our services ensure that the University’s teaching, research, and community functions are supported through efficient management of its campuses. This includes oversight of facilities operations, sustainability initiatives, property management, landscape design, security, transport, and major infrastructure projects.
About the opportunity
- Oversee local, national, and international mail and courier services, acting as the primary expert for the University’s mail logistics.
- Implement enhancements and manage resources effectively to ensure services meet University needs.
- Take a hands-on role in managing staff, finances, and services to optimize efficiency and foster a collaborative team environment.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Relevant experience in managing administrative operations, preferably within mail and/or courier services or a similar logistics environment.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively within the Mail Room.
- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in supervising staff, including providing leadership, coaching, and performance management is desirable.
