- Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $104,243 – $115,661p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools. The team is committed to providing effective and efficient services in support of the Schools’ and University’s strategic objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice. The Office of College Services team supports process management and service improvement for the portfolio; and undertakes service performance monitoring and evaluation.
About the opportunity
- Lead research and analysis efforts to support College Services activities, providing high-level reporting and senior administrative support under broad direction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the University, leveraging your understanding of policies and systems to address key issues and deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain digital tools using University-supported platforms to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
About you
- A relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Senior Administrative experience in a similar large, complex organisation
- Ability to respond to complex and diverse enquiries and provide solutions.
- Advanced research, analytical and report writing skills.
- High level of proficiency in Office 365, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Power BI, Power Automate platforms.
- Knowledge of domain-specific languages for data analysis, automation, and transformation is desirable.
