• Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 6 months.
• Base salary range: Level B, $118,150 – $139,812 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

• Play a key role to a dynamic and impactful research program focused on clean energy and critical minerals initiatives
• Development of innovative in situ platforms to support sustainable technologies
• Active engagement in interdisciplinary and industrial collaborations to drive real-world impact

About you

• Recognised doctoral degree or equivalent, in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Substantial relevant experience in materials chemistry, advanced characterisation, chemical kinetics, critical minerals, and clean energy technologies, relative to opportunity.
• Excellent publication records in terms of quality, volume, and impact relative to opportunity.
• Demonstrated ability to support research plan through to publication, including ability to provide clear instruction to students and researchers.
• Capacity to support the preparation of competitive grant applications, relative to opportunity.
