About the opportunity
- Coordinate and support events and stakeholder engagement including industry forums, networking sessions, and internal workshops to advance strategic objectives.
- Develop communications such as website content, capability statements, promotional materials, project reports, and presentations.
- Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Office of Industry and Commercial Development, ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in project coordination, marketing, communications, or event management.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering professional events and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft reports, promotional content, and correspondence for diverse audiences.
- High-level interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools.
Note: Occasional travel within the state and interstate may be required.
