About the opportunity

  • Ensure a high-quality IT experience for all university stakeholders, including students, faculty, researchers, and professional services staff.
  • Oversee education technology, research technology, and professional services systems to drive IT service excellence, user engagement, and strategic alignment with institutional goals.
  • Bridge the gap between technology capabilities and user needs, ensuring that the University’s digital ecosystem supports and enhances the institution’s core missions.

About you

  • Extensive experience in digital product delivery, product ownership, customer experience, or digital transformation roles.
  • Experience with agile development approaches and iterative improvement processes.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience and digital product delivery principles, methodologies, and best practices, and familiarity with customer journey mapping and service blueprinting.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
