  • Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
  • Base salary range: $83,212 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

The Future Students team is part of UWA’s Brand, Marketing and Recruitment division, which drives the University’s reputation and student recruitment strategies. This team provides expert advice and personalised support to prospective students across domestic and international markets, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from enquiry to enrolment.

About the opportunity

  • Provide front-line course advice and support to domestic prospective students.
  • Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Work in a collaborative environment focused on achieving enrolment targets.

About you

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of university admission requirements and pathways for domestic students would be advantageous.
  • A sales oriented approach to customer service with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Note: A current Working with Children Check, and “C” class driver’s licence will be required by the successful applicant.
