About the area
WA IT is central to the University's academic and research mission. The Cyber Security & Technology Risk team enables a secure and digitally agile environment by embedding a culture of proactive risk management, compliance, and awareness across the University.
About the opportunity
- Lead the development of a university-wide cyber culture engagement strategy and roadmap.
- Deliver targeted awareness initiatives, training, and phishing simulations aligned to staff roles and risk profiles.
- Develop behavioural risk indicators, performance metrics, and dashboards to track engagement and impact.
About you
- Communicates complex cyber security concepts in a clear, relatable way to diverse audiences.
- Has a strong understanding of human behaviour and how to drive lasting cultural change.
- Is creative and resourceful in developing engaging campaigns, training and content.
- Collaborates confidently with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience in developing reporting and analysing metrics using tools like PowerBI or similar.
