- Level 9, full-time appointment on a fixed term basis to 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension.
- Base salary range: $129,497 – $137,029 p.a. plus 12% superannuation.

The Perth USAsia Centre is a non-partisan and not-for profit institution. Through research and educational activities, the Centre strengthens strategic thinking between Australia, the Indo-Pacific, and the United States and engages thought leaders to address challenges and opportunities in the Indo-Pacific region.

About the opportunity
- Shape and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies that connect the Centre with audiences across Australia and the Indo-Pacific.
- Lead the Centre’s brand presence, craft compelling digital and media content, and spearhead campaigns that grow engagement, boost course enrolments, and secure high-profile coverage.
- Lead the Communications team while working across all functions of the Centre to deliver the Centre’s business plan.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated senior experience in brand, marketing and communications management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication strategies across a wide range of communication channels and audiences.
- High level proficiency in digital channel management including website hosting and analytics, EDMs, social media and paid advertising.
- Excellent writing and production skills for high-quality communication purposes and platforms, including VIP audiences
Note: The successful applicant will be required to hold a current National Police Clearance and may be expected to undertake occasional weekend or after-hours work, as well as domestic and overseas travel as needed.
