UWA Plus aims to develop lifelong learning partnerships, enabling learners to continually build, extend and recreate their careers through professional development, upskilling and reskilling opportunities. Professional development and learning opportunities are informed by working closely with industry and developed in response to industry needs. 
The introduction of micro-credentials and short courses through UWA Plus expands and diversifies opportunities to engage in lifelong learning at UWA reflecting changing career, industry and economic needs and moving the University towards achieving its mission and meeting strategic KPIs. Micro-credentials provide professional upskilling and reskilling opportunities that are targeted, industry relevant and accessible and bring business benefits in terms of increasing UWA brand awareness, recruitment pathways and revenue. UWA Plus also delivers micro-credentials to additional cohorts including senior secondary students through the UWA+ Starter program; and offshore university students through the Unilink program.
About the opportunity 
- Provide high-level administrative and program support for the day-to-day operations of UWA Plus under general supervision.
- Play a key role in managing the registration and enrolment processes for micro-credential and short course learners.
- Support the smooth delivery of UWA Plus programs by ensuring accurate and timely learner data and communications.
About you 
- Completion of relevant Degree or completion of Diploma and at least two years relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email, and a willingness and demonstrated ability to acquire further computer skills.
- Highly developed attention to detail and numerical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, problem solve and work productively as part of a team.
- Substantial administrative experience at an appropriate level in a large and complex organisation.
