- Base salary range: $99,040 – $104,669 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
- Coordinate the operational delivery of Pathway Programs, including planning, scheduling, administration, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide high-quality student support, responding to enquiries, monitoring engagement and progression, and helping students navigate their pathway journey.
- Build strong relationships with partner schools and internal stakeholders to support student recruitment, transition, participation, and program effectiveness.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Experience coordinating administration, services, or programs within a complex organisation, with an ability to contribute to operational planning and service delivery.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting positive customer or student outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and build productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving capability, and proficiency across common business technologies, including Microsoft Office applications, databases, and communication systems.
