About the Role:

We’re looking for a Pricing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the way Calor approaches pricing and margin management across our cylinder and bulk LPG business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded pricing professional to influence strategy, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver real impact across a nationally recognised brand.

In this role, you’ll lead on governance, analysis, and modelling to ensure we maximise value for both our customers and the business. If you’re passionate about data-driven decision making, commercial performance, and influencing business leaders – this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and delivering Calor’s pricing strategy, supported by strong governance and policies.

  • Driving collaboration across Finance, Sales, Operations and the Executive Leadership Team to review and challenge pricing and margin plans.

  • Analysing margin and pricing performance to provide insights, scenario planning and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Leading our approach to supplier price changes, rebates, discounts and cost-reflective pricing, ensuring commercial impact is clear.

  • Partnering with S&OP and Gas Supply teams to ensure market conditions are reflected in pricing strategies.

  • Turning complex data into clear, actionable insight for decision-makers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in pricing, margin, and cost-based activities within a Finance or Sales environment.

  • Educated to degree level in Business or Finance, with experience in large-scale commercial/pricing roles.

  • Excellent understanding of pricing and margin management practices, systems and processes.

  • Skilled in reporting, data analysis and exception analysis, with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple teams.

  • Strong project and time management skills.

  • IT-savvy with advanced knowledge of SAP 4H, Salesforce (Celonis desirable).

  • Knowledge of the wholesale price index, commodities landscape, and S&OP processes is desirable.
