About the Role:
We’re looking for a Pricing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the way Calor approaches pricing and margin management across our cylinder and bulk LPG business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded pricing professional to influence strategy, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver real impact across a nationally recognised brand.
In this role, you’ll lead on governance, analysis, and modelling to ensure we maximise value for both our customers and the business. If you’re passionate about data-driven decision making, commercial performance, and influencing business leaders – this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Owning and delivering Calor’s pricing strategy , supported by strong governance and policies.
Driving collaboration across Finance, Sales, Operations and the Executive Leadership Team to review and challenge pricing and margin plans.
Analysing margin and pricing performance to provide insights, scenario planning and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Leading our approach to supplier price changes, rebates, discounts and cost-reflective pricing, ensuring commercial impact is clear.
Partnering with S&OP and Gas Supply teams to ensure market conditions are reflected in pricing strategies.
Turning complex data into clear, actionable insight for decision-makers.
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in pricing, margin, and cost-based activities within a Finance or Sales environment.
Educated to degree level in Business or Finance, with experience in large-scale commercial/pricing roles.
Excellent understanding of pricing and margin management practices, systems and processes .
Skilled in reporting, data analysis and exception analysis, with the ability to translate insights into action.
Confident influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple teams.
Strong project and time management skills.
IT-savvy with advanced knowledge of SAP 4H, Salesforce (Celonis desirable).
Knowledge of the wholesale price index, commodities landscape, and S&OP processes is desirable.
