About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Network Performance Manager to drive growth across our designated area through the effective delivery of business plans and strong management of our strategic network partners, retailers, and remaining partners. You will be responsible for delivering both growth and retention targets to support the development and performance of a best-in-class LPG cylinder network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage network performance within your region, ensuring growth objectives and network strategies are met.

  • Implement and embed the new CRM system across the network sales team.

  • Develop and deliver strategic business plans, with regular performance reviews and updates.

  • Set and monitor targets for service levels, minimum standards, and effective use of the sales portal in line with our Value Proposition.

  • Take full accountability for area and team KPIs, including cylinder availability, stock utilisation, CRA income, cage management, and delivery charges.

  • Conduct regular field sales visits and monthly performance meetings to ensure clear direction and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Work closely with Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Area Customer Care Managers (ACCMs) to ensure high levels of customer service and robust OTIF (On Time In Full) performance.

  • Ensure all Strategic Partner and Partner Agreements are signed and up to date.

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Effectiveness team to apply pricing strategies and process improvements.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate your team to maintain high standards, ensure succession planning, and develop future talent.

  • Identify and execute acquisition and rollover opportunities within your area.

  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Significant experience within the LPG cylinder business, with strong knowledge of the cylinder network.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of coaching and motivating teams to achieve high performance.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing strategic business plans.

  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to drive change across a network.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Commercially astute with strong numerical abilities.

  • Self-motivated and confident in using business systems and software (computer literate).
