About the Role

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you’ll support customers as they transition to or from Calor as their LPG supplier. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every customer.

You'll begin on-site during your onboarding and training period to gain a full understanding of the business and develop your confidence. Once settled, you'll shift to a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support domestic customers throughout their LPG supplier transfer process.

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and written communication.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Assist with general customer support, particularly during busy periods.

  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • A customer-focused attitude – empathetic, professional, and solutions-driven.

  • Motivated and proactive – able to manage time effectively and use initiative.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (beneficial but not essential).

  • A team player – organised, flexible, and eager to learn.
