About the Role

As a Tank Transfer Agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers through their LPG supplier transition. In this hybrid role, you’ll start on-site during your settling-in period to get to know the business, complete training, and ensure you’re set up for success. Once you're confident in your role, you'll move to a hybrid working model.

This position is ideal for someone from a retail or customer service background who enjoys engaging with people and wants to develop their skills in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist domestic customers switching to or from Calor Gas Ltd.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Liaise with different teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
• Handle basic customer support calls, especially during peak periods.
• Complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills – confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused approach – professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented.
• Motivated & proactive – able to manage workload, use initiative, and problem-solve.
• Microsoft Office proficiency – experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Retail or customer service experience – ideal but not essential.
• Team player – adaptable, organised, and eager to learn.
