Data Analyst – Credit Management
Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and optimising financial performance? We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Credit Management team at Tachbrook Park, Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape strategy, drive insights, and improve processes through robust reporting and data analysis.

About the Role:

As a Data Analyst in Credit Management, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and executing daily reports to drive performance and decision-making.
• Analysing collections data to identify key trends and insights that enhance strategy.
• Developing data-driven solutions to improve collections efficiency and customer debt journeys.
• Collaborating with operational teams to optimise processes using data.
• Enhancing data flows and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP) to achieve best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

 Essential:

• Strong SQL skills with experience in analysing and identifying trends to drive performance.
• Proven experience in supporting operational teams with data insights to shape strategy.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Track record of continuous improvement in data and reporting processes.
• Highly organised, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of GDPR and data compliance responsibilities.

 Desirable:

• Experience of ERP data & reporting solutions (SAP S4, Power BI).
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with SQL query tools (TOAD Data Point, SQL Server Management Studio).
