About the role

We are looking for an experienced Coordinator Employment Pathways to identify career pathways and develop job plans to support our clients to reach their goals and aspirations. The role will assist in empowering clients to live the life of their choosing and celebrate their achievements.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be experienced in developing employment opportunities working closely with clients, industry, and service providers to identify employment opportunities.  You will support clients to develop job readiness skills and match client interest and goals with employers.    Excellent communication skills are essential in this role you will be dealing with a broad range of stakeholders matching clients and supporting employers to break down barriers to employment. 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability or related discipline desired but not essential
  • Previous experience supporting clients with a disability gain employment.
  • Experience working with clients with diverse disabilities.
  • Ability to develop job plans, job readiness skills and assess client capability.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent ability to respond and resolve issues/concerns for clients, families, or their representatives.
  • Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to priorities competing demands.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Childrens
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence

This role will require travel across the Hume region.
